Q: How does the delivery work? Is there a charge?
A: If you are unable to pick up the equipment, we can deliver! Contact us for a quote.
Note: Price is based on location.
Q: When are pick-up hours?
A: 6:00 am - 9:00 am the day of your reservation.
Q: When are drop off hours?
A: As early as 5:00pm the day of your reservation or before your 24 - hour rental period is over.
Example: Pick-up 8:00 am. Drop-off 8:00 am the next day.
Q: Will you have more vehicles available?
A: Yes! As a growing business, we are looking to expand our inventory based off of demand.
Q: Is there a security deposit charged for each vehicle?
A: Yes. The security deposit amount is different for each vehicle and the amount is shown when the reservation is made. Assuming vehicles return undamaged you will be refunded 100%.
Q: Where can I take the vehicles?

Q: Is pricing flexible?
A: No, but follow us on Instagram and Facebook and see if there are potential discount.
Q: Are the ATVs fully fueled?
A: Yes. Vehicles will have a full tank and are expected to be returned the same. If not, there will be a $6.50 per gallon fee.
Q: What if I am late picking up or dropping off?
A: Please call us ahead of time, so we can work with you. There is a late drop-off fee of $50.
Q: What if there is an emergency, while using the ATVs?
A: We ask all of our riders to drive with care and responsibility. In case of an emergency, please give us a call.
Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: Full amount will be refunded if cancellation is made 36 hours before reservation date. After that, there will be a $50 fee charged for each vehicle/equipment.
Q: What happens if I need the vehicle longer?
A: Please give us a call to see if vehicle is available longer.
